Welcome to the Glow Theory website (the "glowtheorylife.com"site), a website owned and operated by Glow Theory LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors wellness and lifestyle guidance and environmental design services aimed at improving long-term health, nutrition, and over-all wellness through Glow Theory's wellness principles. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients should seek the advice of their healthcare provider for any concerning health matters. By accessing or using the website of our services, you acknowledge responsibility for your health decisions and waive any liability on the part of Glow Theory for outcomes related to your participation and approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Requirements

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. Eligibility requirements to participate in Private Coaching Membership Subscriptions is 18 years of age.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Glow Theory LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Glow Theory LLC, or its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or third parties from whom Glow Theory LLC has permission, own the trademarks or service marks that are used on the Glow Theory LLC Services. All rights are reserved. These and other graphics, logos, service marks, trademarks and trade dress of Glow Theory LLC and its licensors may not be used without prior written consent of Glow Theory LLC or its licensor, as the case may be. Without limiting the foregoing, no Glow Theory LLC trademark or trade dress may be used in connection with any product or service that is not Glow Theory LLC’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among Users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Glow Theory LLC.

3. Terms of Services and Products

When purchasing a service or a product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. The Membership Programs consists of two levels (the “Membership Levels”): (1) a free-to-join level (the Glow Theory “Essentials Level”) available to all eligible guests with a Glow Theory account (you can sign up online); and (2) the subscription-related private coaching level (the “Pro Limited-Access and Elite All-Access Levels”) available to eligible guests who (i) have a Glow Theory account (you can sign up online through the glowtheorylife.com website), (ii) are the primary account owner of an active subscription with Glow Theory All-Access (“Pro Limited-Access and Elite All-Access Subscription”) Each of the Membership Levels offers benefits specific to Members meeting the eligibility conditions applicable to the relevant Membership Level. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the services page. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.​
